MODULAR FARM OVERVIEW

The modular farm consists of standard-sized modules.
A standard module (one section) has the following dimensions:
  • Height – 2510 mm
  • Width – 2100 mm
  • Depth – 1600 mm
WATER/ELECTRICITY USAGE

1 cubic meter per cycle, including the initial nutrient mix (per module)
Electricity consumption:
20 kWh per day (per module)
Electricity, drainage, water supply, and internet access are essential for system installation.
HYDROPONICS SYSTEM:

Choosing a Growing System
Drip System
A hydroponic method that delivers a nutrient solution through thin capillary tubes, supplying the plants in measured doses, either drop by drop or in small streams.
Nutrient Film Technique (NFT)
In NFT, nutrient-rich water circulates through channels and trays, flowing over the roots of plants in mineral wool cubes.

Cannabis Cultivation Module Options
  1. Vegetation stage: 48 plants on two shelves.
  2. Flowering stage: 12 plants per module.
Additionally, based on the room size, a sprouting/cloning zone is calculated, with an additional 10-15% planting capacity. The room is divided into multiple zones, each with its own adjustable light cycle.
Plants are either sown in mineral wool or cloned from a mother plant.
  • Germination Zone: Plants stay for an average of 60 days (depending on strain, if planted in mineral wool) or up to 30 days (if cloned).
  • Main Zone: Plants remain 60 to 100 days, depending on the strain, until harvest.
