MODULAR FARM OVERVIEW The modular farm consists of standard-sized modules. A standard module (one section) has the following dimensions:
Height – 2510 mm
Width – 1290 mm
Depth – 750 mm
5 shelves per module, 40 plants per shelf
The number of modules is calculated based on the facility's area.
WATER USAGE
Per cycle water consumption – 200 L (DWC - Deep Water Culture, including the initial mix).
DEEP WATER CULTURE (DWC)
In this system, plants grow in trays filled with a nutrient solution and are fixed in special cells.
Aeration is used to enrich the roots with oxygen.
Reliability: In emergency situations (power failures or human errors), the harvest will not be lost immediately – plants can survive for several days in oxygenated nutrient water.
The modular farm consists of standard-sized modules that can be scaled based on client needs.
It can be used as a single module or expanded into a large modular farm in any indoor space.
The growing area is divided into two zones:
Germination Zone – Uses special mineral wool for seedlings. Plants stay here for 14-17 days (depending on the plant type).
Main Growing Zone – Plants are transplanted here and remain until harvest (20-35 days, depending on the crop).
Zoning increases yield frequency and improves space efficiency.

Facility Requirements for Installation: ✔ Water-resistant finishing ✔ Ventilation system ✔ Electricity, drainage, and water supply ✔ Internet connection Water System (DWC - Deep Water Culture)
Nutrient solution trays hold the plants in place.
Aeration enriches the root system with oxygen.
Highly reliable – in case of technical failures, plants remain in oxygenated water for several days.
Plants Grown Lettuce (various varieties) Purple & green basil Swiss chard Dill, parsley, arugula, mizuna For personal use: Cherry tomatoes, peppers, strawberries (not financially viable for commercial production).
Adjusts the temperature and humidity for optimal plant growth.
Uses sensors and computer analysis to automatically regulate air conditioning and dehumidifiers.
Purifies water from any source by removing impurities.
Uses coarse and fine filters and two osmotic membranes to provide clean water for the nutrient solution.
Connected to the internet for remote access.
Allows full farm control from anywhere in the world.
Enriches the nutrient solution with oxygen for better nutrient absorption.
Prevents root oxygen deficiency and decay.
Uses air compressors, tubes, and special diffusers.
